GENERAL/OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the regional CP business heads in the region in all finance related activities. This includes preparation of reporting and planning functions and supporting the department’s operations in the region while striving towards operational efficiencies.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Regional CP business heads in all finance related activity.
- Drive quarterly forecasting and budgeting process.
- Ensure royalty statements are being submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that NY based operations team is invoicing licensees/agents in a timely manner.
Liaise with regional and NY based finance teams to ensure regional expenses are accurately tracked and reported.
Ensure revenue from multi-territory/pan-Euro/global deals are properly reported and allocated to territories of sales.
Support Regional CP business with Revenue Analysis (Performances by property, category, and territory) and P&L analysis.
- Manage expenses (SG&A, Marketing, Creative, T&E…) for Regional and local teams.
- Manage participations to agents and broadcasters.
- Manage CMF accounting.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills:
- Possess good analytical and numerical skills.
- Very Strong in Excel and is able to create templates and tables and ensure its accuracy.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Fluent in Written and spoken English and Chinese.
Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in finance or audit related work in a manufacturing or licensing company.
